One-Time Fee for TTB Federal Permits - $2500
A comprehensive service is available to obtain TTB (federal) permits for alcohol manufacturers, including wineries, breweries, distilled spirits plants, and tobacco manufacturers as well as importers and wholesalers. The one-time fee of $2500 includes all aspects of the TTB permit application process, ensuring full compliance with federal regulations.
Payment Terms:
An initial payment of $1,250 is collected upfront, with the remaining $1,250 billed upon submission of a completed application.
If a business or person is deemed ineligible for the necessary permits, consulting will be billed at $250 per hour until ineligibility is determined. In such cases, the remainder of the $2500 fee will be refunded, minus the hours worked. Processing fees may apply to refunds.
